If you wish to register a short film, you must do it through
this link, filling in all the data.
2. Can I register more than one short film?
Yes, there is no limitation in this sense.
3. Once I have registered my short film, is it already selected and will it be screened?
No, registration in this call does not imply its automatic selection in the catalogue of the Málaga Short Corner and its screenings.
4. What kind of works can be entered?
Unpublished or recently released short films, of Spanish nationality or Spanish co-productions, with a duration of less than 59 minutes (see the
terms and conditions of the call for more information).
5. If I register a film, am I automatically accredited to attend the market?
No, they are different processes. Accreditation is not automatic and the registration of a film does not imply any consideration.
6. How will I know if my short film has been selected to participate?
If your film is selected, the organisers of Málaga Short Corner will contact you by email to give you the information you need and to request any additional information.
7. How can I apply for accreditation to attend Málaga Short Corner?
There is no specific accreditation for Málaga Short Corner. If you wish to attend the event, you must apply for your accreditation
here.
8. What does the accreditation entitle me to?
This accreditation gives access to the Industry area of the Festival de Málaga (MAFIZ), but not to those private screenings where only buyers and authorised festival delegates will have access. It does not give access to private activities either.
This accreditation entitles access to press screenings of Official Section Feature Films and ZonaZine Official Section, Official Section Out of Competition at the Teatro Cervantes and Cine Albéniz and International Panorama Mosaic at the Teatro Echegaray as well as other screenings at the Teatro Echegaray, Centro Cultural Provincial María Victoria Atencia, Auditorio Christine Ruiz-Picasso, Empresa Pública para la Gestión del Turismo y del Deporte de Andalucía. Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deporte and Cine Albéniz (except Official Section of Feature Films, ZonaZine). Subject to availability.

9. What is the cost of accreditation?
The cost of accreditation is ?90 + VAT (?109).
10. Can I attend the screenings and activities at Málaga Short Corner even if I am not related to any of the selected short films?
Yes, anyone who belongs to the industry and is accredited through the link provided can attend the event, except for those activities where an invitation is required.
11. How do I fill in the required fields in Company details if I do not belong to a company? (e.g. freelance professionals or self-employed)
Fill in the required fields with your own name, surname, address, etc., and select the company's main activity as the one that most closely matches yours. In the Company Dossier field you must attach your professional CV.
