WHO CAN REGISTER? The call is aimed at
Andalusian companies operating in the audiovisual and creative sector that are legally constituted as legal entities with their registered office in Andalusia, which fall into one of the following categories:
- CATEGORY 1: Audiovisual production companies that have produced at least 2 audiovisual works in the last 5 years.
- CATEGORY 2: Emerging production companies with a maximum of 5 years since their creation.
- CATEGORY 3: Production and post-production services companies linked to audio-visual production and/or advertising.
- CATEGORY 4: Video game companies.
- CATEGORY 5: Start-ups and/or technology companies that apply innovative solutions to the audiovisual production value chain.
DEADLINES FOR THE CALL The call will be open from 5 to 16 February 2026.
PARTICIPATION BENEFITS ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING offers a comprehensive programme of benefits aimed at business growth and strategic positioning:
- MAFIZ accreditations during the days of the event.
- Professional training programme with a focus on business development, financing and internationalisation.
- Networking lunches and coffee breaks are included in the official activity plan.
- Strategic meetings with key industry professionals.
- Exclusive access to national and international decision makers.
- Events devoted to business networking, lthe creation of alliances and the identification of business opportunities.
Applications must be completed in full by the deadline.
Late registrations will not be accepted.
SELECTION PROCESS A maximum of
30 Andalusian companies will be selected to participate in the professional activities programmed within ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING.
Selection Committee The selection of the participating companies will be carried out by a Selection Committee that will assess the information and materials provided by the applicant companies through the official online form.
The Committee will be made up of representatives appointed by the organising body of ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING.
Selection Criteria The following criteria, among others, will be taken into account for the selection of companies:
- Business experience and track record.
- Ties with Andalusia.
- Capacity for international projection.
- Innovation, new narratives and technological solutions applied to the audiovisual sector.
Notificationn The selection will be communicated confidentially to the selected companies and will be final.
IN CASE OF SELECTION Once their participation has been confirmed, the selected companies undertake to:
- Send the requested materials in English and Spanish.
- Appoint a representative with professional communication skills in English.
- Attend the mandatory professional meetings in the plan and participate in training and networking activities.
ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING will take place in Malaga, within the framework of MAFIZ, on
10, 11 and 12 March. The plan will combine training activities, networking sessions, professional meetings and spaces for strategic connections with the international industry. Travel, accommodation and per diems will be
paid by the selected companies, with the exception of coffee breaks and cocktail parties included in the plan by the organisers.
The selected companies authorise the ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING organisation to use their name, image and materials for the purposes of documentation and promotion of the event, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES Participation in the call implies full acceptance of these rules by the applicant companies.
TRUTHFULNESS OF INFORMATION In the event that the applicant company, in order to comply with the requirements or demonstrate competence, has not been truthful with regard to the information contained in the registration form or in the documents accompanying the application, and in the event that the observations made by the event organisers have not been rectified to their satisfaction, the
ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration of the company in question.
Furthermore, the company will be barred from reapplying to
ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING for
two (2) years.
The decisions made by the organisation in this respect shall be recorded in the corresponding administrative act, which shall be notified to the applicant company, and may give rise to the obligation to return the benefits granted in the event that they have been enjoyed.
DISQUALIFICATION In accordance with this call, a company will not be able to participate as applicant if, at the time of submission of its application or during the evaluation or selection stages, it is ineligible due to administrative incidents related to local, national, and/or international aid, grants, or funds.
FINAL PROVISION Any situation that is not foreseen in this call will be resolved by the organisers of
ANDALUCIA INTERNATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL NETWORKING, within the framework of MAFIZ, in accordance with the criteria of the organisation and the collaborating institutions.
