Joaquín, a Mexican priest struggling with his faith, is sent to a monastery in the oldest town in Extremadura on an important mission: to investigate pagan rituals for their incorporation into the Catholic rite. This place, and the people who inhabit it, will exacerbate his chronic spiritual conflict from the depths of his being until his mind breaks. Deep-rooted traditions and a collective catharsis will reveal his true identity: He is the incarnation of an Aztec god who has come to fulfil an eternal prophecy.
His debut documentary feature, Fiesta Nacional (2021), won second place for Best Latin American Film from the Chilean National Network of Theaters and was an official selection at festivals and markets such as GIFF Guanajuato, Black Canvas, DocsMX, Bio Bio Cine, Doc Montevideo, Conecta Chile, and Visions du Reel. In 2021, he participated in the 3rd Werner Herzog Film Accelerator in Lanzarote, where his short film Ixtlahuacán (2022) was selected as one of the five short films in the Accelerator's official lineup and distributed by Freak Agency. He has developed transmedia concepts and cinematic content for various brands, most notably the artisanal luxury brand Clase Azul México. Currently, his short films Plata (2025 - recipient of Focine support) and Mis Flores (2026) will be screened internationally at festivals throughout 2026.

She has produced the feature-length documentary Fiesta Nacional (2021), the short film Plata (2025), the fiction series Nuestros Recuerdos (2021-2025) for the luxury brand Clase Azul México, the musical short film Primer0Humano (2024), and the animated series México a través del tiempo (2020). In 2025, he directed the short film L18 commissioned by OTV and Mozilla Foundation for the Brave Futures section of the Mozilla Festival in Barcelona.
