Opera Films is a Panama City based film production company founded in 2021. It focuses on the development and production of Panamanian fiction and documentary films, as well as international co-productions within Latin America, with a strong emphasis on Central America and the Caribbean. The company is a two-time recipient of the Panama Film Fund (2021 and 2022). Opera Films is currently distributing two fiction feature films produced by the company and is in post-production on a nature documentary co-produced with Spain.
