Industry Club brings together once again the main audiovisual entities and professionals

MAFIZ, the industry area of Festival de Málaga, offers its accredited members this workspace

Industry Club, the networking, sales and promotion space that MAFIZ, the industry area of Festival de Málaga, offers to entities, film institutes, sales companies and other companies in the audiovisual industry, was visited today by Mayor Francisco de la Torre, along with Mariana Pineda, Councilwoman for Culture and Historical Heritage; Camilo Vázquez, Deputy Director General for Promotion and International Relations of the ICAA; Rafael Fuentes, Provincial Director of ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones in Málaga; and Juan Antonio Vigar, Director of the event.

Once in the Industry Club, which has a total of 46 stands, the first stop for the authorities were the spaces of the Canary Islands, which is the autonomous community on which the event focuses on with its Territorios section, and Paraguay, guest of honour at Latinamerican Focus. There they had the opportunity to greet the representatives of both delegations.

They continued their tour with La Village, where there is a large representation of Ibero-American countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Honduras, Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

After this, they had the opportunity to talk to representatives of the Spanish sales agencies: Film Factory, Filmax, Latido and Sideral, among others.

Thereupon, they stopped at the spaces held by the autonomous communities, under the name Spain Colorful Diversity. Here they have the opportunity to present their locations, tax incentives and support programmes for audiovisual production. Andalusia, Aragon, Castilla la Mancha, Castilla y León, Cantabria, Catalonia, Valencia, Madrid, Navarra, Extremadura, Galicia and the Basque Country are all present.

Lastly, they were able to visit the stands of Spanish Screenings Content, Cinema from Spain (ICEX) and Europa Creativa Media, ending the tour with a photograph with the representatives of the Spain Film Commission present at the Industry Club.
