A 12-year-old boy from Ghana crosses eight countries and the sea to Europe, facing death and loneliness, until a life-changing encounter in Barcelona opens a new chapter for him.
Dani Sancho Peris is a director and producer born in Barcelona in 1987. After graduating from ESCAC and working in Los Angeles, he served as Head of Video at Playground, where he directed campaigns for the Barcelona City Council and major brands such as Nike and Tesla. He has developed documentary and television projects for platforms like Amazon Prime Video and TV3, including the documentary Això no va de futbol. He is currently developing his first fiction feature film, North to Paradise, based on the memoir of the same name.
