Synopsis
Ana Ingrid's pregnancy occurs parallel to the time of 'zafra'.  Her teenage body is growing,  while the machete cuts  the long fields of sugar cane. The harvest ends and a sugar cane worker  is born. The newborn's  bawl joins the sugar cane blossoms.

Director´s Biofilmography
A native of the Insular Caribbean, she studied at ESCAC and EICTV. She made Los Minutos Las Horas, Official section at Cannes Cinefoundation. Bajo las Carpas [2014] won the Identity Award of the Festival of Memory in Mexico and was in DocuLab at Guadalajara Festival. Caribbean Fantasy [2016] had the support of Sparring Partners through ACP, it won La Silla in the Dominican Republic, Coral at the New Latin American Film Festival in Havana, Cinepoeme at DOCMX and a Miradasdoc special mention.

We are consolidating the co-production between Spain and the Dominican Republic, and above all looking for televisions that enter this co-production and distributors for Latin America.
