Cris, an elite runner, suffers a psychotic episode that forces her to step away from top-level competition. Not everyone around her will be able—or know how—to help her, but Natalia, her sister, will become her refuge as Cris comes to terms with her condition and redefines the pace of her life.

Laura García Alonso

Laura García Alonso is a director, screenwriter, and teacher trained at ESCAC. Her graduation short film Alex premiered at the San Sebastián International Film Festival and was nominated for the Gaudí Awards. Her subsequent short, Summer Storm (Tormenta de Verano), premiered at SEMINCI and won the Silver Biznaga for Best Actor at the Málaga Film Festival. She has co-directed the series Asfalt and is currently working on her debut feature film, Runner.
