Hilario, a struggling forty-year-old writer, spends his days between a bookshop and an online writing class as his novel faces constant rejection. A chance encounter one night disrupts his routine and opens the door to unexpected change.

Andres Salmoyraghi, Rafael López Saubidet

Andrés Salmoyraghi and Rafael López Saubidet are Argentine directors with extensive careers in advertising and fiction. Salmoyraghi, currently based in Madrid, started as an agency producer before directing award-winning work recognized at Cannes (Young Directors Award), The One Show, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica. López Saubidet, who studied filmmaking in New York, has won two Golden Lions at Cannes and recently directed episodes of the series Community Squad (División Palermo). Together, they co-directed the United by a Tenth short films and the upcoming feature Cool Books.
