María Ríos is a screenwriter and director from Málaga. She currently lives in Madrid, where she is developing several projects, including the feature film Lo que recuerdo de ella, for which she received the ICAA Screenwriting Grant, and the audio fiction project La inquilina. Her work reflects a perspective committed to universal human dramas, addressing themes such as human psychology and its fragility, the past and childhood as paths toward healing the present, and the role of women in society from a feminist perspective.
