Synopsis
During the Lunar New Year celebrations, Junyi, a young Catalan of Chinese descent, gets a call from his Mom: his grandmother has suddenly fallen ill and wants to see him. Though he barely remembers her, Junyi sets off on a journey that will make him question his roots and his increasingly blurred sense of identity.

Director´s Biofilmography
Olga Doganoc (Barcelona, 1996) is a producer and production manager, graduated from ESCAC, with experience on over 15 short films, including La Gran Obra (Grand Jury Prize Sundance 2024, Goya 2025), as well as feature films and series for Movistar+ and Disney+. With Pausa Dramàtica she develops projects at different stages, supporting emerging talent, highlighting Lóngquán, awarded at the Locarno WIP with ICEC, ICAA and RTVE funding; Riure, supported by ICEC and TV3 and selected for La Incubadora 2024; and other projects in development selected in various labs and residencies.
