The Treehouse is a horror film that follows Ale (Sandra Escacena), who, after the mysterious death of her boyfriend when he falls from a cabin in the forests of Zeanuri, returns to the place one year later. Convinced it was no accident, but the work of a predator, she comes back to hunt it down.

Luis Calderón

Luis Calderón is a director and producer born in Seville in 1993. Founder of La Barbería Films, he graduated from the University of Seville before specializing at EFTI in Madrid. He gained initial recognition with his award-winning short film Sabbat and has developed an extensive career directing music videos for artists such as Bad Bunny and Macaco. He has recently written, directed, and produced his debut feature La casa en el árbol, starring Sandra Escacena and Mala Rodríguez, winner of the Best International Film award at the Horror Fest International in Utah.
