Captain Barracuda is obsessed with finding the treasure of Phineas Crane, the most valuable and highly prized of all the pirates in the Caribbean. To achieve his goal, he will need the help of Spark, a little girl who is pretending to be a boy in order to fit in with Barracuda’s savage pirate crew.
Adrià Garcia
Adrià García is an animation director and artist born in Cerdanyola del Vallès in 1978. A Fine Arts graduate, he has worked on storyboards and visual development for studios like Filmax and BRB Internacional. He co-directed the acclaimed animated film Nocturna, which won the Goya Award for Best Animated Film. After exploring live-action cinema with My Family and the Wolf, he returned to animation with the adventure film The Treasure of Barracuda, based on the book by Llanos Campos.
