Malena Suárez (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1996) is a film producer who graduated in Film Directing from the Universidad del Cine (FUC). After completing her studies, she shifted her focus toward production, finding a steady position at K&S Films (Belén, Wild Tales, The Eternaut), where she continues to work to this day. She is the co-founder of Mesa Chica Cine, an independent production company through which she produced and premiered A metros de distancia (2025), the debut feature by Tadeo Pestaña Caro, presented at the BFI Flare: London LGBTIQ+ Film Festival. She is currently developing her second feature as a producer, Not far from home, directed by M. Belén Leuci and Eugenia Gonzalía.
