In post-pandemic Detroit, two illegal Latino immigrants become involved in a murder and rescue a witness with a rare syndrome. Together, they embark on an adventure of redemption, betrayal, and mystery amid the ruins of a city under reconstruction.
Graduated from EICTV in Cuba in 2003, he has produced several fiction and documentary series and feature films. He has been a partner at the São Paulo–based production company ACERE since 2007. Throughout his career, he has presented films in Tokyo, New York, Rome, Argentina, Cairo, and in several cities across Brazil, earning dozens of national and international awards.
As an executive producer, he has signed series for Netflix, Globoplay (Betinho), Disney+, GNT, Canal Futura, ESPN, TV Cultura, GloboNews, Turner, and DLA. His most recent film, Almost Deserted, directed by José Eduardo Belmonte, is a U.S. co-production and was entirely shot in Detroit, USA.
He is a founding member of UPEX and API – the Brazilian Independent Audiovisual Producers Association.
