Five books on the shelf are all that remain of the things Ana Catarina had to let go of before moving to Portugal. With dedications, scents, and marks, Ana can't bring herself to donate them and decides to return them to those who gave them to her. The reunions, some after 20 years, stir her memories, making her reflect on the past so she can move forward.
Plural Filmes was founded in 1994 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and since 2004 has also had a branch in Florianópolis. Throughout these years, it has been active in the production of audiovisual content, producing feature films, short films, and television series, especially projects that focus on society, the environment, popular culture, and traditional communities, always in cooperation with channels such as Paramount Channel, ZDF/ARTE, Canal Brasil, TVBrasil, Canal Curta!, Arte1, GNews, GloboFilmes, and H2O Films. To offset the environmental impact of our productions, the emissions generated from fuel and electricity are converted into the planting of native trees of the Atlantic Forest, a biome found in both regions where the production company is based.
